Refund & Digital Delivery Policy — The Digital Download Studio

1. Digital Delivery
a. All products sold are digital. After payment clears, you will receive a download link and/or email with instructions. It is your responsibility to download and backup purchased files.
b. Download links may expire after a defined period (e.g., 30 days). Keep a copy.
2. All Sales Final
a. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or cancellations after purchase. By completing a purchase you accept this policy.
3. Exceptions & Support
a. We will consider refunds only in the following limited circumstances and at our discretion: duplicate charges, confirmed payment errors, or failure to deliver the purchased product due to our systems (not user error).
b. If a product file is corrupted or missing, contact support@thedigitaldownloadstudio.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and issue; we will provide assistance and, where appropriate, a corrected file.
c. We do not refund for buyer remorse, inability to use a product, change of mind, technical inability to edit files, or failure to read product descriptions.
4. Reissue Policy
a. If a download link has expired and the product is still available, we may reissue access at our discretion. Reissue requests must be sent to support@thedigitaldownloadstudio.com with order details.
5. Pricing Errors & Cancellations
a. If an item is mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund the payment. We will notify you if we cancel.
6. Chargebacks
a. Chargebacks may result in termination of access and legal action. If you believe you were wrongly charged, contact support first so we can resolve the issue.
